What it removes, and what it doesn’t
- It removes only the visible Gemini sparkle, not other logos, text or watermarks.
- It does not remove SynthID, Google’s invisible watermark.
- It cleans images only. Videos are not supported.
- Cropped, resized or screenshotted copies may not be detected.

Do I need to install anything?
No. This is a free online tool that runs in your web browser on a computer or phone. There is no app, extension or account to set up.
Which images can it clean?
Gemini images that show the visible sparkle in the bottom-right corner, as PNG, JPG or WebP files up to 20 MB and 40 megapixels. It does not work on videos.
How do I know the result is right?
Compare the corner with the before/after slider. If the mark is not confidently found, the tool tells you, and uncertain matches are labelled as best-effort so you can check the corner before you save.
Does the cleaned image stop being recognisable as AI-generated?
No. Only the visible sparkle is removed. Google’s invisible SynthID watermark stays in the image.
